Wire harnessing drastically increases throughput across the board. It delivers faster integration into higher level assemblies and a much more reliable product.
Avantek can design custom harness boards from scratch using your CAD drawing , or reverse engineer an existing harness or electromechanical assembly when drawings are non-existent. Harness boards are revision controlled and inventoried in our warehouse and ERP system.

Avantek delivers fully assembled box systems & various mechanical assemblies built to our customer-supplied drawings. We also specialize in building prototype assemblies, working intimately with your design team in cases where documentation doesn't exist or is being created.

SYSTEM TESTING
Deliver accuracy every time
Every harness and cable assembly is tested for continuity as a basic service. However, sometimes your systems require more detail testing. Avantek can develop completely custom test fixtures designed to instantly measure, display, and document basic electrical properties such as continuity, resistance, dielectric breakdown, insulation resistance, mis-wires, twisted pair relationships, and intermittent faults.
Results are stored locally and may be printed and shipped with the assembly to the customer.

CUSTOM CABLING
Cables built to meet your specific needs
Avantek is equipped to build many of the cable assemblies used in aerospace, defense, microwave and more. Our technicians are IPC/WHMA-620 & IPC J-STD-001 certified to ensure your cables are built to the highest level of quality.
We work with high voltage, low voltage, semi-rigid & coaxial, discrete wiring, d-subminiature, MS, and many more. Cables are tested for continuity and can additionally be fixtured for our test system, providing printed test results for each cable.
